At a loss.... CVCD DVDSCR

Hi people... i really need help here, ive d/loaded a film(naughty i know) and it gives this file to me, i cant burn it on anything, nero , clone DVD, etc, now,... is this to go on a CD or a DVd, and do i encode it?... its my first attempt at d/loading a film, wanted to be proud of myself (2 days goggled eyed at pc) and now i dont know how to put it onto CD or DVD, being humble to you all for a little piece of nice info, and yes, ive looked in the tutorials, and im baffled, a pint of guinness awaits the first logical readable and easy to do tutorial talk me through it answer, cheers all,

Sounds like a CVCD DVD screener. CVCD might be China VideoCD. You can burn it to DVD with SVCD2DVD.
