hi.... hopefully someone can help me out...

im tryin to convert videos iv taken with my phone.. they are in mp4 format...

im using ultra quicktime converter...

however when i convert the file from mp4 to whichever format i select the video converts fine but i lose all audio.... does any1 know y this might b happening and how to solve it????
