    Hello,

We had a commercial shot by the cable company.
We have a copy of the DVD. The files are in VOB format.
What we would like to do now is take those files and convert them so that
we could put the commercials up on our website so they can be
downloaded or viewed with Media Player or Real Player etc.
Would it be best to do as mpeg files or avi or what ?
and what would be the easiest way to do this and if possible what freeware programs could we use.

    thanks kindly for the help
