Remove audiobuzz? somekind of disortion sample included

I have captured a tvprogram from analogetv from my capturecard and in to Line in on my soundcard.
And i got some interference or some audio buzz of some sort.
Any genius that can say you youst have to mute that or that and how i shall do that?

Its the background noice betheeen the dialgue.
It sounds like an wasp or an motoweacle at far distance, so u might have to krank up the volyme.

You have a slight power hum, unless that's part of the video background. Sounds like a movie. I hear no buzz. That audio levels suck, AWFUL LOW.
