  1. Hello:
I am running Windows NT. I installed CRDWIN. I followed the procedure described in this site for converting .avi file to Mpg (TMPGEnc) and then converting it to .bin and .cue files using ( VCDImagerGUI ). Download CDRWIN for burning these binary files. It comes up ok and I loads the .cue file properly with the right time etc. But, However once I say "Start recording" my PC crashes. Any help will be appreciated.

    Thanks.

I had some problems like this in Win2k which was built on NT so you may have the same problem. Turns out it was my ASPI layer. You could verify that your ASPI is OK by running aspichk in the zip file you can find here http://xp.xyu.ca/drivers.htm

You can also try the ASPI drivers that you get from the link if yours are not OK. Not sure how they'll work on NT though. There are a few posts on the various forums about this so you may want to search the forums on ASPI for more insight. Good luck.
