    I'm sure this has been answered a few times before.

    Could someone please refer me to a simple application that will allow me to capture stills from Mpeg1.

    I use ATI All-in-Wonder to capture video from my camcorder. I am allowed to capture stills while the captured video is in AVI format but cannot once I convert it to Mpeg.
