    I get this message after 15 minutes of recording that reads 'AVIOUTput : the parameter is incorrect

    You need to create spill drives. You are running into the Win98 file size limit. Goto Google.com and type in how to use virtualdub spill drives' and you'll get a nice guide. If you still can't find it email me and I'll help you.
