I haveproblems with both TMPGenc or CCE with avisynth.
I wanna convert a avi file to mpeg so that I can make a VCD.
On th TMPGenc I was able to convert the file but when I tried to run on the TV there was a problem with the subtitle The image that apear on th TV was a bit cut of on the botton).
Then my friend said that the same thing hapend with him and he converted the avi file on the cce using a avisynth script to correct the borders saying:
    AVISource("Dragon_Ball_Z_002.avi")
    Lanczos4Resize(640,440,0,0.5)
    AddBorders(40,20,40,20)

Anyway... every time I tried to encode the cce closed creating a mpg file that had 2mb (crop file) What can I do to convert a avi file to a mpeg file but correcting the borders.

I donīt know if this problem occur becouse Iīm from Brrazil and there is a compartibility issue... I couldnīt find any posts related to this problem.
    Can someone help me ?
    Thanks!

That resize isn't for VCD anyway. Tmpgenc has templates for VCD and can load avisynth files. Download FitCD (it's free) from the tools section and use it to create your avisynth script. Load that in tmpgenc and use it to create the VCD compatible mpeg files.
