At first I thought it was just the Firewire cable from the Camcorder, but I bought a stereo mini to mini and hooked up the headphones from the camcorder to the onboard sound card of my computer. So now when it plays from the Camcorder and when I hit record (using Power VCR II) I hear sound in both ears. But when I play back the recording captured on the computer it only comes out the left channel again.
How can I capture the Audio from my MiniDV Camcorder and get both channels. I am afraid to burn to DVD until I can hear both sides. It would be a bummer to burn a DVD, and play it back on my Home Theater system and only hear sound on the left side.
Thanks
Mark
