    Ok, I tried to use Virtualdub to try to convert to Divx, but there is no option for Audio Divx in the Compression. So I used Adobe Premiere which took a long time. Can anyone help me to know what can make things not take so long?

    free program - FlaskMPEG
    retail program - try Sonic Foundry Video Factory.
    with Video Factory I was able to get ecoding times equal
    to the length of the movie.
