Lite-On 851s - 2 drives - Both buring coasters???

Hello,
I have 2 lite-on 851s drives in 1 computer. Both have worked well for over 500 burns. I haven't burned in a while than all of a sudden, everything out of both of them are costers. The discs don't look as if they are burnt correctly. From the hub it looks burned, but as it gets to the outside they look cloudy??
Anyways I tried a few different dics; Prodisc, Ritek, and Fuji. So it is not the media, I think.
I tried burning with; Nero, DVD Decrypter, and Stomp with the same results. (Burning ISOa)
Also I tried moving 1 of the drives to another computer with the same result.
The firmware is up to date, so I am at a loss, I would say it may be the drive but to have 2 go @ once seems weird.

Any input would be greatly appreciated,

same issue here
after not using for a few weeks, DVD features no longer works

mines still play and record on CD but does not recognise DVD in the drive

flashing/updating the firmware did not help
