I use WinDVR 2.0 to schedule and record TV programs while I am away.
Recently I installed a SB Audigy 2 ZS Platinum.
Now, WinDVR records scheduled programs without audio.
The problem: The "Line In" choice is no longer available in the WinDVR Audio capture section. Choices are restricted to "MIDI Synth", "CD Digital", "S/PDIF-In", and "Microphone".
I am using a AIW 9700 for my video subsystem and it is connected to the Line-In and I can hear the TV program with no-problem.
Also, if I manually record something, I can use the creative control panel and set the "Record" to the "What-U-Hear" option and it works.
For automated records, though, it automatically chooses one of the 4 and then I get a recording with no sound.
Does anyone know how to enable the "Line In" option for WinDVR to do Audio capture? Do I need a new version of WinDVR?
