Howdy all...

I have some real basic questions

I hear rumours that my digital photo/ or video camera can be used as a webcam is this myth true

also, If I use a webcam , how does the person on the other side gets to view this [ special software to be downloaded by that person ]

Some tips and tricks here would go a long long way for me.
