I've been using DVD-Lab without problems for some time and recently started using Vegas 5 but have run into a strange problem with DVD Architect.
If I create a submenu page for all my chapter markers and then burn it and play it in my main test DVD player - a Pioneer - when I select the submenu image the DVD goes into Stop mode. If I then press Play it plays from the beginning but the only way to access the chapters is via the Forward and Back arrows.
Even stranger is that the same DVD behaves properly in PowerDVD, another Pioneer DVD Player, the JVC DR-10M and a Magnavox player - just not my main test player - in which everything burned with DVD-Lab has always worked fine. It's the same whether I burn +R or -R.
I don't want to give clients disks that may not play properly in their players. Any known workarounds?
Thanks.
