I have captured an avi from d/v via Win DV which plays fine through WMP. When I try to encode it using Tmpgenc or Ulead it has horizontal interacing which is really noticable during any motion on screen. I checked the avi file with GSpot and under the Stream Type and A/V interleave box it says Type:Open DMV avi IMRR:n.s. I/L not supported. Is this the root of my problem.
I tried encoding it and burnt it to DVD but the lines are still visible.
Any ideas folk?
Thanks
Adepizza
