I have a older NEC DV-5700a player and it has problems reading some CD's and DVD's using Power DVD and MyHD 120.
It does read the DVD using DVD Shrink to copy the DVD to the recorder ok though (at least as far as I know).
Power DVD locks then crashes while tring to use this with more than one movie (not just a copy).
I would just write it off as being a lousy player, but it seems to read ok while in the encription stsge using DVD Shrink. I don't know if another player would make the read process faster or not.
Input?
I'm running 2k w/sp4
AMD 2100b
nForce2 MB
512MB PC2700

Why are ones and zeros so complicated? Linear Video Editing was easier. Downloading & streaming are two different things.
