I have been using the GSA-4160B for about 2 years now mostly to read (to my computer) DVD-RAM disks recorded on a Panasonic stand alone DVD Recorder with no problems. Now for some reason it will not read DVD-RAM disk and I get "There is no disk in the drive". I have the latest Firmware installed. Anybody out there have any suggestions??

It is likely dirty and just needs a cleaning, or it is failing/failed and needs to be replaced. Especially if it is still reading other discs without any issues.

You can try blowing it out with air or open the unit and clean the lense with a Q-tip and some alcohol.
