  1. I decrypted with DVD Decrypter into an iso file with no errors, then encoded with DVDshrink, also creating an iso. I let DVD Decrypter burn the dvd and it came up bad....freezes a few seconds in. Since I had the iso file I thought i would try burning it with Alcohol 120% and see what happens and it plays perfectly. Anyone have any ideas? I have the settings set up according to "thescrapyard" guide I found on this site.

No idea without knowing more about your system. Have you burned OTHER images with DVD Decrypter successfully? It could be a settings issue, it could be your ASPI layer, it could be bad juju. Hard to say with very limited information.

  3. My burner is a NEC 2510A and I'm using TDK dvd's. The iso previous to this one was a problem also. The movie will not play by selecting the main movie on the menu, but will play right through if I select the first scene. Prior to that, problems with some iso's but I attributed it to the new copy protection. I'm going to burn it again, this time letting having DVDShrink set for a Nero burn of the iso. If that works then I guess that's what I use from now on.

Your media could be the problem. TDK isn't all that and a bag of chips. Try Fuji or Verbatim.
