  1. Hey
I have been ripping a few dvd's and have come across a problem regarding the type of stream the vob file is.

I rip using dvd decrypter stream processing - all fine.

Then i go to use dgindex to extract the stream and it will not open it - says

    "Mpeg1 streams not currently supported"

I don't know wether it is because the dvd is encoded at mpeg1 or somehting i am doing

I also tried using dgindex directly on the dvd files and still same thing

    Any ideas

    Thanks

MPEG-1 is causing the problem IMO. What are you trying to do (end up with) ?
    If in doubt, Google it.

  4. Use "VOBEdit" instead to to open VOB file and then demux all the video & audio streams. You can then encode to AVI suing the demuxed streams.
