Hello all, I have noticed after encoding with TMPGEnc all my Svcd's play fine except the volume has to be cranked up on the t. v. to hear anything. Does TMPGEnc reduce the volume during encoding. And what can I do about it. Thanks Kelly

Click the Audio tab.
Select Use audio edit.
Click Normalize.
Set it to 99%, click OK.
Wait a few seconds till it's done.
Start encoding.Cheers, Jim

TMPGEnc does not redue/increase the volume unless some setting have been done in the Audio tab to reduce/increase the volume. In fact to increase the volume during encoding all you have to do is select "Use Audio Edit" click "Settings", click "Change Volume" and increase to 400%. This is the max allowed by TMPGEnc. Then start encoding. Your output will have volume increased by 4 times.
