No audio when frameserving to TMPGEnc

Hi all,

I'm using Debugmode Frameserver to serve AVI's from Vegas 5.0 to TMPGEnc. When I do this as small loops of the file (to check for quality before outputing the whole movie) it is fine. When I do the whole movie however, there is no audio. Even when I check it in TMPGEnc's audio editor there is no sound to be heard. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? Mainconcept accepts the audio fine, by the way.

OK, now this is getting WEIRD. If I frameserve from Vegas to VDUB and then from VDUB to TMPGEnc the audio is there.
