I use tmgenc and dvd author to make my dvds. When finished, they play no problem in my dvd player or my pc. I can copy them with no problem but when i gave a copy to a friend he said that he couldnt copy it, no matter which programme he tried, nero, sonic, dvd shrink. I thought that there might be something wrong with his burner or software . I thought i would ask someone else if they had any trouble copying my disks and found out tht they couldnt either, tried someone else and the same thing, so the problem must be at my end somewhere.
As I said I use tmgenc to convert the files and then use author. My burneris a pioneer 108 and I`vetried several different brands of disks. When I copy them I use sonic mydvd.
Can anyone shed any light on this please.

If they can play it I would think that whoever is trying to copy it is doing something wrong. The reason I say this is because if they truly couldn't copy it you would be holding the key to the "Holy Grail" for the movie industry.

I can copy it no problem but 3 different people with 3 different computers cannot and these 3 people copy disks quite regular.
