I have many DVDs made with my Panasonic DVR and the stock menu screens are pretty lame. Is there some easy (free?) way to just reauthor the DVDs and change the menu screen with a custom one?
I dont want to re-encode or change anything else. Any ideas?

tmpgenc dvd author, add dvd video and make your own menu.

a combo of Vobblanker & PGCedit may be able to do it. I think Menuedit can do so much for free but I'm not sure if it could replace a menu. DVDremake also does this but its probably not worth it just for what you want
