  1. Hi everybody...

Is there a method to remove the language selection menu
wich starts at the beginning of some DVDs...?
e.g. Chronicles of Riddick RC2 (English / German)

    (I want the german menu)

I tried it before using DVD Stripper,
but the problem is that the "DVD start point" is set to the EnglishMenu
which is already removed....So the DVD won't start

    Tnx in advance... AcmE85

DVD Remake Pro, PGCEdit, IFOEdit can probably all do it. You will have to look at them further to work out how.

2COOL over at Doom9.org has a couple of guides on how to remove the language selection menu and/or the aspect ratio menu using PGCEdit. They're very straightfoward and easy to use and have worked every time for me.

I don't think DVDStripper could do what you want but there's a DVDRemake guide HERE

that might not be the guide you want as you could also delete the English menu with a click or two but it depends on the DVD Structure

There's two ways you can do it with PgcEdit (free prog, really cool):
    - You can make the DVD jump to the main menu upon insert (see my guide in my signature) thereby bypassing the language menu, and everything that comes after until you get to the main menu.
    - You can bypass the language menu only only and keep all the rest. 2COOL has a guide for that, which you'll find a pointer to from my guide page.

    It's an easy job, really.
