    First thing

Uncheck set book type to dvd-rom in Nero.

Your drive does not support it.

Try writing at a slower speed.

    Good Lord, people.

How about just telling us what goes wrong, instead of posting incomprehensible logs?

Depends. Some companies make good +R but bad -R. Try another kind of media.

    Well here's the thing.

Your drive may just hate that particular brand of media.

Lots of DVD burners, especially first-gen combo burners, CLAIMED to burn both -R and +R, but in reality they were primarily one or the other (usually +R).
