    nero recode working awesome to create smaller files trouble is i am unable to playback on ipaq hp 2215 pocket pc running windows mobile 2003.

    any help please, would be greatly appreciated

    What's working really well for me is a combination of Pocket MVP as an avi/divx player and Pocket DivX Encoder 3.5. Both are available on the web.

    The encoder is fast, has a great user interface, and the files are compact and high quality. The player is also great.
