  1. Hi,
    I captured video from a camcorder then edited it with Premiere Pro and outputed to VideoFile.avi format. I then opened TMPGEnc Plus 2.5 and selected the VideoFile.avi. When I played the video, thre is no picture, but I can hear the sound. However, I played VideoFile.avi in Media Player I can see picture.
    Why TMPGEnc Plus 2.5 could not produce picture? Can someone please help?
    The Premiere Pro setting is AVI and 48khz for sound.

  3. Thank you. Link 3 fixed my problem.
    I just increased the priority of DirectShow Multimedia File Reader to the top of the plugin-list.
