i wana convert an existing DVD into a lower res DVD (352x576) i can do this with tmpeg but heres the catch i want to keep the original AC3 5.1 audio, it has been said that you can use the mux tool in tmpeg to do this...
yes well asssuming I got my ac3 from DVD2Avi, it usally has an -80ms delay...![]()
So my question is how do i fix this delay/ (i assume if i remux the file without fixing the dealy it will stay delayed?)

the authoring tool does the multiplexing of the ac3 stream .....

You could try DVDRebuilder. Specify the audio you wish to keep. Then go to: Options > AVS Options > Advanced (Expert) Options > Resize to Half D1 > Apply to All.
