    I downloaded the little program calle FreeDVD from the www.dvdidle.com - It is supposed to remove user prohibitions, RCE and macrovision from dvd discs you have ripped to your HDD.

    The problem is that I have used it on some of the DVDs I have on my HDD and now they will not play in either WinDVD 5 or Windows Media Player 10.

    Is there any way to undo whatever I did with FreeDVD?

    Hello,

    Load the vobs into tmpgenc. go to file - mpeg tools - demultiplex. There you can save the video and audio seperately and start over.
