Mp3 to WMA, and WMA to mp3 software

Need a recommedation for software that will go to and from both formats. Can you recommend any thing? I don't see any in the tools section. need a simple app that works.

thanks! Do you have a URL link for cleaner xL? i can only find derivative sites? Who makes it? also the tools section here, I coudn't find it. (even though google says there is something in the tools section)

That's what I used at a friend's house, Cleaner 5 actually, the time I made some WMA files. I forget what else here does it.

Search. I think something free has to exist.

Would it be possiable to increase DB in the conversion? some speech files are too low in volume... is there a software tool that will do that all in one?
