  1. Hi,

I am new to DVD copy. I am using DVD Shrink 3.2. I was following as this site explain

    http://www.dvd-guides.com/content/view/16/59/

but when I come to Quality Setting two checkboxes are disabled. I can select/change those.

If anyone can explain to me why please...

    Thanks

  2. Is the disc you are copying a dual layer disc???

If it is not (if it is a single layer disc), then that is your most obvious answer.

  3. Thanks Steve for your prompt reply. I did not know that, that Quality Settings is only for Dual Layer disk. So, for single layer disk I cannot use Quality Settings right?

No. There is no need. If your source is < 4.377GB (which it must be if it's on a single layer disc), then your compression will be at 100% (ie. not being shrunk). If there's no shrinking to do, then there's no need for the quality settings because all it's doing is ripping the files.
