    hi, I have a problem with the audio-converting tool TOOLAME.
    it won't run, even into ms-dos mode. I try every thing. help me to run it, or prehaps an other programm???

    make sure you're not using toolame32.exe with TMPG. it only allows you to use the 16-bit version, toolame.exe as an external encoder.

    TMPG's audio does work, though the quality is a little scratchy. most encoders do have an audio-only option, and also a lot of MP3 encoders do allow you to do layer-2 encoding
