    Ive had good luck with powerdvd. It can take snap shots of the video

    I usually just open the video in VirtualDubMod and then copy whichever frame I want to the clipboard and paste it into an editor....Photoshop mostly.

    ulead dvd movie factory just right click on the screen and capture
    one problem solved can solve alot of problems
