    What is the best way to do this. I would like to do it with ffmpegX and toast if possible. I have a chinese divx file with english subtitles. I tried ffmpegX with the sub file selected, but I don't think it worked.

    Does anyone have a tutorial for this conversion?

    When You finish with subtitles adding just use encoder of Your choice...
