  1. Hey,

I was trying to burn some music videos onto a dvd-r. My friend gave me a DVD which had about 15 mpeg2 videos. I uploaded that dvd onto my PC, but I also have some old music videos which are mpeg1. I want to make a DVD with both the new mpeg2 videos and my mpeg1 videos. I've tried using the Tmpegenc DvD Author 1.6 to try to get them onto one DVD-R but the program says that both formats have to be the same to be burned into a DVD-R? Can someone help me out, finding a program that converts both the videos and the audio to be the same so that I can burn all the videos onto one dvd. Please help....

    Thank you,

Add the MPEG1 and then click on Add New track and add the MPEG2. They must be on separate tracks/titles/vts.

If they are in different framerate, NTSC and PAL, you must reconvert to same format or it wont be a standard dvd. You can for example use TMPGEnc Xpress.
