  2. Here is the deal. your VCD is (NTSC anyway) 352x240 with 44.1 mhz audio, while an acceptable dvd format is 352x480, 704x480, or 720x480 48mhz audio.

There are applications like movie factory 2, which will allow you to make a "non" compliant VCD-DVD, however you must upsample the audio to 48mhz.

there is a guide that Baldrick has that walks you through the process. If your search for the guide comes up empty, please post back and I will try to locate it for you.

I think another application would be dvdsanta, not sure though.

  3. I follow this guide from BALDRICK himself/herself [ https://www.videohelp.com/forum/userguides/159399.php ] When I get the .mpg file I put it in SVCD2DVD and try to burn it to a DVD but it didn't work. It just stay there and nothing is being converted. I don't know why. Thanks for the reply Macleod.

  5. Doesn't SVCD2DVD do that? I ripped the 15 chapter of a video cd into .mpg as following the guide I previous post. I then put it in SVCD2DVD to burn it all in a DVD. I have about 3 music video CD and I want to put it all in one DVD. hmm.. But I will try the guide you posted for me macleod, Thanks a lot. I hope there's a different way of doing this in a SVCD2DVD to save me time.
