That can be a million things, but 99.999999% of the time it's because you bought cheap media.

Either buy some better disks or make your DVD 10% smaller or so.

What ZippyP. said. Go into Shrink and set 'Custom' for disk size. The default is about 4.4G. Set it at 4.3 or even 4.2 and try a different brand of media.

Dear God. HOLD ME BACK PEOPLE DON'T LET ME GO APESHIT ON A NON-ENGLISH SPEAKER!

Yes, it is utter crap media. The name "bulkpaq" should have been a gigantic tip-off. The words "bulk", "quality", "valu" or the letter "X" with a hyphen should NEVER appear in the name of the media. Also avoid any 'trendy' purposeful misspellings of words, like "paq" instead of "pack".

Is there a medie you will recommend?
Yeah, something good. Go to your local store and buy good media. Y'know, the kind that isn't $10 for 100. Where do you live? People from near you would be able to tell you what to recommend. In the USA you can zip over to your local Best Buy or CompUSA or Fry's and get some Fuji discs pretty cheap nowadays.
