When I play my DVDR authored with Impression DVD-Pro on my Toshiba, the search function (fast forward/rewind) freezes up during the search. Anybody know what could be causing this problem? Encoded with TMPGenc, 8000k max using LCPM audio. I authored the same footage using Sonic MyDVD and the search worked fine, is this a problem with the software?

What media are you using?

It's happened on both types of media that I use: RITEK DVD+R and FUJI FILM DVD+R both burned at 2x. I'm thinking it's the bitrate but don't see why it's not happening with the Sonic MyDVD software.

This problem seems to come up when you encode your video with TMPGEnc:
