  5. I followed Baldrick's guide and it indeed produced 3 mpeg files from a DVD+R just produced on my newly purchased ilo dvd040(?) from Walmart. The disk plays great on my pc and standalone player. I then tried to edit them in VideoWave 7 and a ulead editor. Neither program wanted to acknowledge that I had mpegs in the folder I directed the program too (using browse). The destination folder shows up as being empty when opening with browse in the editors, but show when using windows explorer. I've read elsewhere that not all mpegs are created equal. Should I perhaps be using a different editor? If so, any suggestions? Thanks.
Sorry, Baldricks guide is the one referred to above.
