  1. I ripped a dvd of a bunch of music videos that im trying to conver to .mpeg. When i use TMPGEnc to deinterlace and convert the .m2v and .wav files i get when i demux the .vob file to .mpg the video gets all messed up. I will try to get a pic of what it looks like but my best description is a bunch of little squares all over that distorts the video.

    What is causing this?

    Possibly:
    Motion Search precision level too low
    Insufficient bitrate
    No motion search for still picture part by half pixel ticked

    I'd really only be guessing.

  4. Is there a way to go back to the default setting in TMPGEnc, cause it didn't used to do this.

    If you haven't altered any of the templates you should just be able to load the one that you need.
    If in doubt, Google it.
