i'm new to converting/burning dvds. I've checked a few of the guides out but i'm not sure which one looks best.
Can anyone recommend one of the guides which will show me how to convert divx/xvid/avi to DVD? i'm looking for the easiest one which would perhaps let me add a title screen.
cheers

Use TMPGEnc to convert the video and TMPGEnc DVD Author to make the final DVD.

I've never tried it, but I've heard The Film Machine is a pretty easy program to use for converting to DVD.

Hi eggedd2k,
This guide:

...is good for the settings in TMPGEnc (if you end up using that as your encoder) and also serves as some useful background reading.
Don't forget to rate it if you use it.
Good luck...There is some corner of a foreign field that is forever England: Telstra Stadium, Sydney, 22/11/2003.
