Change XP logon screen

Dose anybody know if there is a way to change xp's logon screen to look like win2k's logon screen?

Thanks for the help. I actully found how to do what i was looking for. By opening control panel, then
user accounts, chnage way users log on and off, then unchecked use welcome screen.
