I have an AVI that I captured and it's really dark for some reason. Is there a way I can open it in VirtualDub, increase the brightness, and then frameserve it to TMPGEnc? Thanks in advance.

mikewg,
Yes you can. In VD and TMPG.
In VD you have to open up the Filters and scroll down to
colors or something (I on my other pc, so I can't search for you)
Or, in tmpg, just go to Advanced tab and in the filters windows
look for basic colors, and/or something to do with colors. There, you'll
find many settings (brightness, etc.)
