Hello,
I have an HP dvd100i writer and I cannot figure out what $#@! discs to use with it.
It came with a couple of discs (dvd+rw) from HP and they worked fine.
I tried some HP dvd+r discs and they didn't work. I just bought some Memorex dvd+rw and they didn't work either.
I know that the drive isn't bad because I've bought a couple more of the HP dvd+rw discs and they work fine too but they're REALLY expensive.
Has anyone else had any trouble with this writer? I hate to go out and buy another and I really don't want to keep paying $3+ per disc for the HP dvd+rw ones
I've tried to do some research on this and all the various formats are making me dizzy. If I DO go out and buy another, I want to get something that I can use many (preferrably cheaper) different kinds of blank discs with.
Any suggestions/feedback/info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
David
