does virtual dub have a batch encoder like TMPGEnc?

VirtualDub does have a batch encoder. Set up everything and when you go to Save AVI, tick the box down the bottom that says "Don't run this job now...". Repeat this for all the videos you want to batch. Then go to File > Job Control and your batches will be set up.
    If in doubt, Google it.

    You can also use dubman

  5. How then do you get it to where you can batch frameserve to TMPGEnc's batch?

For example, if you have 5 videos you want to encode and want to frameserve all of them through VirtualDub, how do you get it to where you can batch them and set them up so that each of those 5 videos is encoded through TMPGEnc batch?

TMPGEnc batch runs first [.tpr] --> Looks for [.vdr] for first video
TMPGEnc batch runs second [.tpr] --> Looks for [.vdr] for second video

    etc.
