    Between those two LiteOn, but I'd recommend spending a little more for a Pioneer unit. I'll withold my tirade on the NEC burners because so many here choose to use them.

  6. LiteOn and patch with latest firmware for compatibility.

    I'm with rallynavvie on the Pioneer. Spend a little more and get a rock solid unit. I wouldn't trade my 4x Pioneer for anything just now.

    Same here. I like my 106 and I'll most likely get their DL burner when it comes out.

    I've decided on the LiteOn drive.

    cant wait to try burning 2 discs at once.

    I've read better things about the LiteOn drive, plus you get to use KProbe which only supports LiteOn drives

    We have an old LiteOn CD-RW that's bulletproof.
