Ritek 8x G05's wont burn at 8x on Pioneer 107d ?

Recently bought a 50pk of Ridata 8X from newegg.com,they're reported as RitekG05 in DVD Decrypter but I cant get them to burn any higher than 4x, I'm using a Pioneer 107d burner with default firmware, Any ideas appreciated.

Wonder if it's anything like the problem I notice with Ritek GO4's, where the Shinny Silver GO4's burn fine at 4x in my Sony burner, but the Matte Silver GO4's won't burn faster than 2x. I can't figure out why the face coat would have anything to do with it, so I figured it must be something else in the manufacturing process of these two differing GO4's.

Ahh nevermind I fixed it , Just needed to update my firmware to the latest version , I got it from here: http://wwwbsc.pioneer.co.jp/product-e/ibs/device_e/dev00001r_e.html , Thanks for the reply.
