  1. I have tried ripping three of my different DVDs with Smartripper and Cladmdec every time they stop at 3.99 GB. With Smartripper it would ask me if I wanted to quit ripping I would select no but it would not continue. With Cladmdec it would get to about 90% and say that it was done? I have plenty of space on my hard drive. Please help?

  2. You can't put vobs (or any other file) bigger than 4 GB on a FAT32 partition. You need a NTFS partition under NT/2000/XP. In Smartripper go to Settings and check max-filesize, and in max-filesize size put 4000 MB or less.

  3. under smartripper options, choose split file by vobs...rather than having the entire rip on 1 file...split by vobs (or something like that) under smartripper options
