At 352 240 resolution and 29.97 frames per second, what bitrate should I use for the video? I use 1500kilobits per second now, is that too high or just right about in that area.
The reason I ask is that I would really like good quality and size that could fit onto a single 700MB cdr.
Or would that be pie in the sky dreamin to have something that small
