DVD to HD errors

I've been using DVD Decryptor and I'm trying to copy Bad Santa to my Hd But at 7% I get an error asking me to retry and when i choose retry. It's like the dvd can't be read anymore. I just finished watching the movie. Are there more higher quality programs that perform at a low level such as Dvd Decryptor? I only know of this program help me out Thanx

Try DVDShrink. Get the latest version

If you haven't already, try cleaning the disk. Even if it looks clean and flawless, a dirty or smudged disk is still the number one cause of ripping errors.

If you click on the tools link to your left and then click DVD Rip Tools you will find about 20 different DVD rippers. Hopefully one of them will be able to do the job.

Vstrip is probably the most difficult to use but provides the best results for hard to rip disks.

If you notice any scratches or defects on the DVD surface, clean the DVD surface with some Brasso or toothpaste (dont remove all the toothpaste when rinsing). Works most of the time with problem DVDs.
